Anonymous when it matters, named when it helps

Two ways to run it. Collective mode hands one link to the whole group: answers arrive without a name, which loosens tongues about what did not work. That is the mode for large groups and sensitive subjects.

Named mode sends each person their own link and lets you chase those who have not answered. Useful when the funding body requires feedback per learner, or when the course spans several weeks.

Numbers that hold up

The survey mixes formats: a recommendation question rated 0 to 10 whose NPS score computes itself, ratings out of five, yes/no questions, single choices, and free text for whatever fits in no box.

Results appear as they arrive: average per question, distribution of ratings, verbatim comments. The PDF report and the CSV export make it the document you attach to your quality file or hand to your client.

Frequently asked questions

Are the answers really anonymous?

In collective mode, yes: no name is asked for or stored with the answer. That is the mode to pick when you want to know what did not work. Named mode exists alongside it, for cases where the funding body requires identified feedback — and then the learner knows, since they receive a link in their own name.

What is the NPS score and how is it computed?

It comes from the "would you recommend this course" question, rated 0 to 10. Ratings of 9 and 10 count as promoters, 7 and 8 as passives, 0 to 6 as detractors. The score is the percentage of promoters minus that of detractors: it runs from -100 to +100. It is the most comparable measure from one session to the next.

Can I write my own questions?

Yes, entirely. You start from a template and change it: add, remove, reorder, change a question's format. Five formats are available — recommendation out of 10, rating out of 5, yes/no, single choice, free text — and each question can be required or not.

How long does the survey take a learner?

Count three minutes for six or seven questions, only one of which needs typing. Beyond ten questions the response rate drops sharply: a short survey everyone fills in beats a long one nobody finishes.

Is the survey tied to an attendance sheet?

It can be: created from an attendance sheet, it reuses the list of learners, which saves retyping it in named mode. But it also works on its own, for a session with no attendance sheet.

What does the PDF report contain?

The course title, the number of answers, the NPS score, the average and distribution of each rated question, the results of the choices, and the free comments. It is designed to be attached as is to a quality file or handed to a client.
