Frequently asked questions

Is the free account really free?
Yes, with no time limit. The free account lets you create your tools and share them, with one training room, up to 15 learners and 3 quizzes, with no credit card and no commitment. You only move to a paid plan if you outgrow those quotas.
Do my participants need an account?
No. They join your room with a link or a QR code, enter their first name, and that's it. You can also create a private room with a registered learner list if you need named tracking.
Is the attendance feature audit-ready?
Electronic attendance produces half-day presence sheets, signed on screen or tablet through an individual link or QR code, with a PDF export ready for your audits. The post-session satisfaction survey sits in the same place.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You start on the Free plan and move up when your needs grow. For a change or a cancellation, write to us from your account: we handle it, with no notice period.
Do I own my content?
Yes. You can export your quizzes, your card decks and all your data from your account at any time, in reusable formats. Nothing locks you in.
Is there anything to install?
No, neither for you nor for your learners. Everything runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. Data is hosted in France and the service is GDPR compliant.
Do I have to create a room to use a tool?
No. A whiteboard, a collaborative wall, a quiz, a mind map or a kanban board can live on its own: you create it, you share it with a link or a QR code, and your participants have nothing to install and no account to create. The room is there when you want to bring several tools together and follow your learners in one place.
