Everything lives in the same space: what you put in on one side turns up on the other, with nothing to re-import.

Revise

Decks of question-and-answer cards, shown again just before you were going to forget them. A 200-card deck takes a few minutes a day.

My courses

PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, photos of the board: filed by subject instead of lost in your downloads. 500 MB, on every device you use.

Groups

A code you can read out loud, and your classmates join. Everyone shares the files they want to, up to 60 members per group.

Live

Run a live quiz among yourselves: they join from their phones and answers appear in real time. Group revision, in game form.

Quizzes

Build a quiz by pasting plain text — your notes, or whatever an AI generated for you. Play it, share it by link, export it.

Connect the ideas in a chapter rather than list them. Most useful right after the class, while the structure is still fresh.

Revise at the right moment, not all the time

Spaced repetition means seeing a point again just before you forget it. It is what makes the biggest difference, and it is the heart of this space.

You rate each card in one word: forgotten, correct, easy. Three buttons, not four — when it is time to revise, the more choices there are, the less revising happens.
A correct answer pushes the next review further away, a lapse brings it closer. You never re-read a whole deck: only what is due today.
The algorithm is SM-2, the one behind Anki and SuperMemo. Nothing invented for the occasion: it is the best-documented method on the subject.

In practice: once it is running, a 200-card deck takes a few minutes a day, where re-reading the whole thing takes over an hour.

Work together, without a chat thread that overflows

A study group's resources usually end up scattered through a conversation. Here they have a place.

You create a group and read its code out loud at the end of class — nobody needs anybody's email address.
Each person shares the files they choose, and only those: the rest of your courses never becomes visible.
Up to 60 members per group and up to 20 groups per person — enough for one group per subject.
A live quiz starts from the group: useful the night before an exam, when revising alone stops being enough.

The first three minutes

Nothing to install, nothing to configure.

Create your account: an email address and a password. No credit card, no trial period.
Upload a first course, or paste your notes to turn them into a deck of cards. Either one is enough to get going.
The dashboard tells you what is due today. It is the only thing here that has a deadline.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes, with nothing in return: no credit card asked for, no trial that turns into a subscription, no crippled feature pushing you to pay. The space is funded by the plans sold to trainers and institutions.

Does my school or training centre need to use EduTools?

No. Your space is yours and works on its own. If your trainer happens to use EduTools, you will also be able to join their rooms — but that is needed neither to sign up nor to use the space.

What happens to my documents?

They stay yours. Nobody else sees them, apart from the files you choose to share in a group. You can download all of your data as one archive, and delete your account whenever you want.

How much storage do I get?

500 MB per account, enough for a year of courses in PDFs and photos. The usual formats are accepted: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, images.

Do I have to install anything?

No, everything happens in the browser, on a computer as well as on a phone. Uploaded from the classroom computer, read again on the train: you only need to log in.

Who can create an account?

The space is aimed at higher education and professional training, and sign-up is restricted to adults. We do not ask for your age: you simply declare that you are of age.
