The Beekast alternative with no cap per session

Beekast makes a meeting or a training session interactive, at a price that depends on how many hosts you have and how big each session is. EduTools offers the same activities in a room of your own, without counting participants — and with Qualiopi attendance sheets from the training-centre plan.

Why look for a Beekast alternative?

Two ceilings decide your Beekast plan: session size — 30 participants a month on the free plan, 50 per session on Plus, 100 on Pro — and the number of hosts, capped at two licences on Plus at €21 per licence per month.

A training centre with six trainers therefore moves to Pro because of the second ceiling, not the first: two licences at €49 and four at €44, €274 a month. That is the moment people start looking.

The same activities, plus the audit paperwork

EduTools offers the activities you expect: live polls, word clouds, game-mode quizzes, Q&A, a whiteboard, sticky notes, kanban, and interactive videos with embedded questions.

On top of that comes what a training organisation has to produce: half-day attendance sheets with individual signatures, satisfaction surveys, and results exported per learner or per group — included from the first training-centre plan.

Beekast is a French platform for running meetings and training sessions, organised around the session: you create one, add activities, and get a report. EduTools is organised around the room: it lasts from one session to the next, keeps the content and the participant tracking, and carries the documents a Qualiopi audit asks for. In a company the same rooms serve facilitated meetings, seminars and onboarding, with plans from 5 to 50 accounts. Everything in the Beekast column comes from its public pricing page, checked on 17 October 2026; a dash marks what that page does not state.

Frequently asked questions

Does EduTools replace Beekast?
For running sessions and proving them, yes: the interactive activities are there, and so are the documents a Qualiopi audit expects. Beekast keeps the edge on integrations, XLS reports and enterprise options (SSO, custom SLA).
Is there a limit on participants?
No EduTools plan caps a session. The quota counts the learners you enrol in a private room — 15 on the free plan, 999 on Premium. A participant joining by code or signed link is enrolled nowhere and uses up no seat.
How many trainers can host?
One account on the individual plans. The training-centre plans open 5 to 50 trainer accounts, each with their own rooms and learners, under the centre's subscription.
Are the attendance sheets really compliant?
Sheets are generated per half-day, each learner signs from their phone through an individual link or QR code, and the time-stamped PDF can be exported for the audit. It is included from the first training-centre plan.
