Klaxoon's ceiling is not on how many people attend, but on how many are allowed to write: five on the free plan, twenty on Starter at €24.90 per host per month. Above that you need the Enterprise plan, from five Pro licences, on quotation.
In a workshop, though — a course, a seminar or a steering committee alike — everyone writes. Twenty-five contributing participants fall outside the plan, and the question gets settled with a salesperson rather than a button. That is the first reason people look elsewhere.
